La formazione per altre norme si riferisce ai percorsi formativi obbligatori, non di sicurezza, ma previsti da normative settoriali specifiche, per i quali sono previsti corsi di diversa durata (base, intermedia, avanzata) in base all'esposizione. Questa formazione si aggiunge a quella generale e specifica sulla sicurezza sul lavoro, che è disciplinata dal D.Lgs. 81/2008 e dai relativi accordi Stato-Regioni.
